Boardwalk Seaport Inn

My 3 children and I had a horrible experience last summer (2008) at the Boardwalk Seaport Inn in Seaside Heights. It was a classic, dishonest bait and switch-I payed (a lot of money) for and was promised an ocean view suite, instead was given a tiny, filthy room in the back of the hotel, overlooking the parking lot.

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau after several attempts for an explanation. The BBB made several attempts to reach them, but never received a response. So the Hotel has a negative listing from the BBB now. I just couldn't afford to take legal action, but I have proof about the deception. I am just warning vacationers to stay away from this establishment. I can't believe they would be included in the NJ Shore Guide. Don't they check businesses before they recommend them to vacationers?
